• Otelimize giriş saati 14.00, çıkış saati 11.00 dir. 11.00’dan sonra yapılan çıkışlarda, bir sonraki günün ücreti tahsil edilir.

• 12 yaş altı çocuklara otel alanlarında refakat edilmesi zorunludur.

• Oda temizliği, en az 2 gün sonrasında ve isteğiniz dahilinde yapılır. Oda temizliği için anahtarınızı resepsiyona bırakmanız ve oda temizliği isteğinizi belirtmeniz gerekir. Oda temizliği isteği belirtilmeyen odaya oda servisi yapılmaz.

• Konaklama ücreti girişte alınır, erken çıkışlarda ücret iadesi yapılmaz.

• Evcil hayvan kabul edilmemektedir.

• Odalarda konaklayan her bir misafirin resepsiyonda kaydı oluşturulması ve kimlik ibrazı zorunludur. Kayıtlı olmayan ziyaretçilerin odaya veya otel binasına girişi yasaktır. Konaklama yapmak isteyen misafirleriniz için lütfen resepsiyona başvurun.

• Lütfen odalarda sigara içmeyiniz.

• Lütfen belli bir ses seviyesini aşarak özellikle otel odalarında ve otel binasında gürültüye mahal vermeyiniz. Her misafirimizin hakkı olan sessizlik hususuna lütfen saygı gösteriniz.

• Dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek getirilmemesi rica olunur.

• Oda havluları sadece oda kullanımı içindir, lütfen oda havlularını dışarıda kullanmayınız. Lekeli havlu ve çarşafların ücretleri çıkışta tahsil edilecektir.

• Hotelimizde konaklayan misafirlerimiz, bu kuralları kabul etmiş sayılır.

• Room check-in is from 2 pm. Check-out is until 11 noon.
• All departures after 11 noon will be considered as late departure and additional cost will be applied to Guest's hotel account.

• Disturbing other guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way respects house rules.
• Pets are not accepted.
• Registration and identification of each guest staying in the rooms are required at the reception. Unregistered visitors are not allowed to enter the room or hotel building. For your guests who want to stay, please contact the reception.
• Linen and towels are changed every second day in rooms. You need to leave the key to the reception for towel and linen change. Please do not use towels as beach towel. Soiled towels or linens will be charged.
• Accommodation prices are paid in the check-in. There is no refund in early departure.
• Registration and identification of each guest staying in the rooms is mandatory. Unregistered visitors are not allowed in the room or hotel building. Please contact reception.

• Smoking in the rooms are not allowed.
• Room towels are for room use only, please do not use room towels outside. Stained towels and sheets will be charged at check-out.
• Our guests staying in our hotel are deemed to have accepted these rules.
